How to Order
You can place an order with Lucas Bond through this website by telephone, Royal Mail, e-mail or visiting the shop. The details of how to do this are shown below:
Website
The majority of our goods can be bought through this Lucas Bond website and payments can be made securely using all major debit and credit cards and are processed by RBS WorldPay.
By Telephone
If you would like to order by telephone please contact the shop upon 02086759300. Orders can be taken during the following hours: Monday to Saturday from 10.00am until 6.00pm and on Sundays from 12.30pm until 5.00pm.
If we are busy or the shop is closed please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible or at least within 24 hours.
Payment can be made over the telephone at the time of ordering. Your payment will be processed via the chip and pin machine we use within the shop to process sales. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
By Post
If you would like to place an order by post, please write to us at Lucas Bond, 45 Bedford Hill, LOndon SW12 9EY. We are happy to accept a cheque as payment with your order, but we will wait for this to clear with our bank before sending out the goods ordered.
By e-mail
If you would like to place an order by e-mail please write to info@lucasbond.com with your order details and a telephone number and convenient time when we can call you.
By Visiting the Shop
The majority of products available upon the website are available for purchase at the shop. The shop is located at 45 Bedford Hill, London, SW129EY (just five minutes walk from Balham mainline and underground stations).
Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 6.00pm and Sunday 12.30pm to 5.00pm. It would be advisable to telephone the shop prior to setting off to ensure that the items you require are in stock.
Contract Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract, provided you do so no longer than eight working days after the day on which you received the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to despatch, please contact Lucas Bond on +44(0)208 675 9300 (Monday to Saturday 10.00am until 6.00pm and on Sundays from 12.30pm until 5.00pm) or e-mail info@lucasbond.com.
If you decided to cancel an order which includes a product that has been specifically made for you for any reason, and it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the order price.
If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy (see Delivery and Returns) when returning the goods.
